You even have the option of grabbing all the rest at once rather than in two shuffles if you happen to piece together 5+.

I guess. It's only a real problem if you make this a cycle - there's nothing stopping a deck drafting all of the colours and using the {2} cost.

It's nice that you can use this as double-power firebreathing though.
