A quirky control-change card with a number of uses. Although it's temporary control change, I feel it fits better in blue than in red.

Doesn't need Prepare, by any means. Could gain or lose it according to whatever the rest of the set needs.

In playtesting, sure enough it turned out to not be very useful - just fog a creature for a turn. Would be better if there was a "Whenever you gain control of a permanent, draw a card".

Could be used along with Misdirector or Vault Skyward to build a Geass to Betray without haste (meh).

Was intended to be used on creatures with powerful activated or static abilities like Ruthless Insurgent, Avenging Samurai, Recruiter for the Elevens, Lloyd Asplund, Technophile Duke. It can also work at the beginning of your upkeep in response to your decadence trigger to steal other decadence abilities like Britannian Arms Dealer for a turn.

Still might not be worth it.

I have a skeleton slot for exactly this kind of thing, so... try it

Putting this in the skeleton for the moment. There now exists Persuasion Strategist and Hostage Situation, the first of which is pretty nice with this, the second of which... still doesn't make this worth it.

I think I'm fine for this to be a mostly-bad card that'll do cool things sometimes.
