As mentioned on Prediction / planning mechanic: want some uncommon and rare prepare cards. This is a flavourful and powerful saboteur effect. (Technically it's strictly worse than Ashen Powder, and worse than Necromantic Summons/Rise from the Grave except that it's one mana cheaper, but I don't think that really matters.)

Rare or uncommon? Either could work. Uncommon would let this do more work for the graveyard subtheme if that's even in black.

(This also has the upside of being similar enough to a control-change effect that it gives Revert Allegiance and Geass Canceller more to do.)
