A more expensive but uncomplicated creature for White

I guess I'd want to be doing less vanilla/french-vanilla things for uncommon? It does fit small toughness theme I guess. But considering we have cards like Skyborn Djinn as a common, this seems like a weak uncommon.

Well, sorry for repeating myself, but I would like to see more french-vanilla and activated abilities creatures in Uncommon. It might be a bit weak, yeah, but first strike is premium to unbound. Could be a 4/2 though.

I can see the activated abilities thing, but not as much the french-vanilla thing. I guess I'm just thinking, as a player and deck-builder, if I pulled this card or a similar french vanilla in a pack I wouldn't be like "now that's a card I want to put in my deck". I'd be disappointed at seeing the card.

Flying First strikers are kinda premium in Limited. There have been better, of course, but still. Depends on what kind of player you are. If you prefer combos, this card won't be for you.

Although I'm not against having vanilla/french vanillas at uncommon, I'd like them to be a bit more exciting. This is pretty much Razorfoot Griffin, just bumped up a bit. Don't know if that makes it uncommon either.
