Not sure if this works, since you don't cycle a spell, you cycle a card by discarding it. It doesn't go on the stack as a spell, it just gets discarded, while only the cycle ability is on the stack.

You got a point there. I guess an alternate idea could be proposed in its place, as I'm not sure how else I'd word this.
