2nd side is meant to punish players for not attacking or casting spells. It's especially anti-blue. I realize that technically your opponent could just tap out their lands anyway, but blue players who need to keep their mana open don't really have that option so much.
The way this card currently works though, it might inherently deal damage to you on the turn you cast it. I tried giving it haste to compensate but since it transforms during your end step that won't matter.
Haste is useless, but also it won't trigger the first turn it transforms. Since it doesn't transform until the end step, it will be too late for the back to trigger
Good point. I simply removed the haste.
Edited first side to do something more meaningful.
