Saw that something similar is already in the set, but wanted to post this nonetheless.

The benefit is a bit small perhaps. I recommend making it {2}, and until end of turn to avoid memory issues.

Good catch, this one fits in.

Think this fits now Blues theme, maybe some more high CMC instants or sorceries would be cool now :)

This is basically ramp in blue. I'd rather put the cards that cheat out the expensive spells quicker into the red half of the blue-red color pair.

This would also serve to distinguish the approach of blue vs. red.
