Not 100% on how to properly evaluate the power of this with mana cost and rarity. But we have neglected artifacts so far.

Looks OP. I'd add a {1} to the ability cost.

Changed activation cost to 2 to be consistent with Temple Shrine and because it feels more balanced.

Added to skeleton. We hadn't touched the uncommon artifacts. This one fits the Discovery theme well.

This is just once again giving an already green effect like on Adept Explorer to all colors on an artifact.

Decide for one?

Fair enough to that. I'd still keep Adept Explorer if it's in conflict with this.
