Meant to give the equivalent of unbound to a land. A little uncertain how to evaluate the power of this. It is pretty beneficial to blue control. Needs tweaking or to be uncommon?

Yeah I don't know about this. Not the card itself but having unbound without it actually being unbound feels kind of off. If we wanted to do more of this we could change unbound to "This card untaps during each player's untap step." and have the enchantment just give it unbound.

Yea, initially I wanted it to simply have enchanted land gain Unbound but currently Unbound is a creature ability. I could also just change the name so that it doesn't so awkwardly allude to Unbound.

We do need some group consensus on this. I see 3 basic possibilities:

  1. The Unbound mechanic can be changed to apply to permanents instead of just creatures. That would also increase the potential design space for unbound to potentially be on lands and artifacts.
  2. This card can simply be renamed to not refer to Unbound.
  3. The idea should be scrapped.

In order to make better sense of the idea, I changed it to make the land a creature with unbound.
