Why does this cost so much? I understand that this does fill the role of the {u/b} uncommon but in most cases this is actually worse than Recoil. So in some cases you save a creature you control and bounce one of theirs, but you still have to discard a card. You go -1 by playing this card, and at times when you have to use this to remove a threat your opponent has without dodging removal or something along those lines, I'd rather just have a common removal spell.

Well it plays on the "leaves the battlefield" plus graveyard recursion of {u/b}, so I don't really see it as that much of a detriment. Gonna change it to Double Recoil though, that should make it more interesting in multiplayer.

Changed " you control and don't control" into "two target permanents", discard is conditional now if a permanent was returned.

I like this version much more, doesnt feel like a you have to go -1 to deal with stuff and still lets you bounce your own things if you need to. I get what it was doing before, but if I really wanted to return my own stuff to my hand I'd just use Recoil or something along those lines.

Suggestion: "each player" => "each opponent"
