Legend pointed out that the 2nd side of this is too good of an ability for a common. I think there's merit to that. It's sort of Bitterblossom without paying life, but on your end step.
I personally think most all of the cards like that at common are too strong and complex for a common. Common really doesn't need so many abilities, especially ones triggered by game states.
I can agree with this being too strong but I dont think it's too complex. Making a token at the beginning of the end step is pretty simple. Although some of the DFC are a little complex its fine to have a few of those at common. Plus you usually only have to worry about two abilities, at most, at any one time.
I like the design of this card, but agree it does not belong at common.
Suggestion: Move to uncommon, create replacement.
That suggestion makes sense. Sometimes a solution is just to move an OP common to uncommon instead of scrapping it.
