Given the existence of Yaados Visionary, Palm Reading, and Seeker of Mystery as already loading us with Scry and Portent style effects at common, maybe this one could be replaced with a blue Unbound card to give blue the edge with that mechanic it merits?

I'll reiterate the point here, in case it got lost, that this, in conjunction with the tagged cards, makes it seem like blue is overloaded with Scry and Portent effects at common. And this kind of off-color Discovery is my least favorite way to do it I guess.

Seconded, this could be an Unbound Looter or something, like that Mite Hunter

That switch would eliminate remaining competition for the color at common, and single-handedly give blue the Unbound edge it needs as well. Would be a good move.

How about actually making a 3 CMC version of Mite Hunter to replace this with?

Removed from skeleton, might be room for a similar card at uncommon.
