I like the idea but I think a delayed trigger like this might be difficult to remember.
Also, text suggests that this triggers when a /single/ card and only that is put into GY, and you probably want to say 'any number of cards are put into an opponent's graveyard'
I'll rework the wording. I don't think the "end of turn" trigger should be a problem; it's a pretty simple ability, and checking for things at the end of the turn is pretty common.
I think the precise wording is:
"At the beginning of each opponent's end step, if a card has been put into that player's graveyard from anywhere this turn, you may gain 1 life."
Seems like the reward isn't quite at the uncommon level, even if the trigger is somewhat negligible.
Yeah, the reward sucks. I'd started it as a common and haven't really adjusted it since.
Is this meant to be "from the battlefield" or "from anywhere"? Wizards always spell it out one way or the other.
