Quite an upgrade on Sparkmage Apprentice. In fact, there's never been a firebreather for {1} {r} without some other restriction like Fire-Belly Changeling's or Pygmy Pyrosaur's. Now admittedly Flamekin Brawler and Pyre Charger suggest that modern design sensibilities would be happy to print a 1/1 firebreather for {1} {r} , but it's not happened yet. Adding the ETB ping as well should surely bump this up to at least 3 mana.

I've adjusted the cost to double-red. He's also got the built-in drawback that he can't hit a player, meaning that without another target, he nukes himself on entry.
