I've seen people do something similar tracking by using mechanics.

This does sound like a useful feature; about half my comments on other peoples sets could be replaced by me hitting the 'red flag' button :)

Also, not to take away from a good suggestion, but I often just make a comment to myself and highlight it. I will say, though, that all these highlighted comments sure look messy on the set's front page.

Hmm. Sensible suggestion. Not sure what UI would make sense...

As a workaround for now, if you're not using the "unaddressed"/"todo" feature then you could use those, which get highlighted in red but only to cardset admins.

What about a simple check box on the card edit or card view page? And the ability to filter searches with that option in the card list and visible spoiler section.

It would also be nice, but not totally necessary, if it could highlight the card name in red on the skeleton page.
