Is the final ability here meant to be activated or triggered? It seems pretty useless as a triggered ability.

As an activated ability, it should probably read, "Tap a land paired with ~: ~ can't be the target of green [stuff] UEOT;" or "The land paired with ~ has '{t}: The creature paired with this can't be the target of green [stuff] this turn."

Yeah, it's meant to be activated. It's interesting that either way works. I think I prefer the first; to me it reads more like a Magic card.
