I'm not keen on the repeated shuffling. Could this be "put on the bottom of its owner's library" instead?
noted. I wanted to make a processor akin to Zendikar, but Zendikar processors don't work really well with virtual cards.
Blue is only supposed to make colorless mana or have a restriction that it can only be spent on colorless/artifact things.
it is a not a mana maker, it's a mana filter, and it can only be used for virtual spells. It's a very VERY limited card in scope.
Mana filtering is a subset of mana making. Just because it's limited in scope doesn't mean it's not a color pie break.
virtual card type is a new supertype that is mainly blue and secondary white/blue/red, I don't see why it couldn't be treated the same way as artifact as there's a common that makes two mana of any color that can only be spent with artifact. This one doesn't even add mana, only filter.
I just don't see how it breaks color, since blue already has a precedent of creating colored mana for a narrow card type.
