At least Enter The Infinite and Omniscience win the game quickly. This locks people out of the game, but it'll still take you a while to close it out (and this makes that a little harder too).
This card definitely drags the game out, which was the intention (flavorwise). Death is on the horizon, creeping closer slowly but surely, the player is supposed to feel this.
Okay, but is it fun? Gameplay trumps everything else.
Probably to some players, though they would like the card as a tool to illicit groans from their opponents.
I have to make sure that you realize that the way this is worded means that nobody can successfully cast a spell at anything other than instant speed. This would utterly shut down a lot of decks.
