How about now?

Counter target spell, and probably frobble the opponents deck, maybe get another spell out of it? As a minimum, the latter clause needs a may (No, I won't skip pasty your land for you) But it still doesn't seem all that mythic.

99% of the time, It's just Cancel, admittedly, the rare times where you counter a big spell with this and draw straight into the win-the-game sorcery will be hilaroious.

That's more like it. Still probably won't do much, but is unambiguously better than cancel. Except when a land is revealed, you'd probably rather leave that on top.
