This clearly is Dissipate, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra words over Dissipate. I suppose it's also "exile target uncounterable spell when it resolves"... if that matters?

this is the "showcase" card for virtual. It is dissipate.

Once you counter it, it's already in the graveyard. I think you need to switch the order of the abilities. How about "Target spell becomes virtual. Counter it."
