meant to only be instant or sorcery.
meant to only be instant or sorcery.
Why are there two colons? Is that first sentence meant to be a cost? You can't have targets in a cost.
I was editing the card because it didn't work how I wanted it to and then didn't get to finish the edits as I had to leave for class.
The main idea was you get to exile instants and sorceries and cast them when you sac this creature. The older version countered the original spells so the copies didn't get new targets, making a lot of spell more dangerous to copy than not. By making allowing your copies to have new targets I don't have the worry about the original spell being countered (unless it was a counterspell being copied) and also you not giving your opponent's creature a second Giant Growth
Added "without paying their mana cost" to the second ability.
A friend suggested this creature have hexproof due to its rarity, thoughts?
I think it's already mythic-feeling enough. The only reason to give it Hexproof is for EDH shenanigans (the main reason why people didn't like Izzet Chemister when it was spoiled was because it was removal bait). It's already Fork on a stick that has the possibility of being Wild Ricochet after exiling just one spell with it. Once you cast a spell with it, the sac effect guarantees value already. It's pretty much remove-or-die. I see no need for hexproof.
