Masochistic devotion seen in black and red. This practice is common among followers of Usher. This is supposed to be a "suicidal" mechanic.

Scout: When this spell is cast reveal the top card of your library. You may put it on the bottom on of your library. Slightly modified Scry. This mechanic could be used in all five colors, but for Quinnesheen it will predominantly be in green and white.

Flavor feels off of UW, but this is a merger of two abilities: W's taxation and U's unblockable
