Does it need to say "nonland" permanent due to lands being colorless anyway.
Well, they could get laced, but... seriously; does it matter? This card is "If I attack, I win" and "By the way, you are in complete lockdown". He does cost 12, sure; but ": Win the game" would be a less frustrating ability to play against.
That last ability is needlessly wordy. It should just say
> Otherworldly - Whenever a player casts a coloured spell, that player sacrifices each coloured permanent he or she controls.
And yes, I don't think either of the two evasion abilities should be on a card that's also indestructible.
Vitenka: It's not quite complete lockdown because you can still cast Swords or Condemn or Hallowed Burial, you just lose your board state when you do. The otherworldly ability makes it basically impossible to trade multiple blockers for this, but indestructible already did that.
Amusingly, Icy Manipulator is one of the best answers to this.
Turn Against would also be a nice answer :) But yes, not many.
@Alex: Colored is no longer a defined rules term, see Ugin, the Spirit Dragon.
