Considered it being untap creature for a bit since I was worried red doesn't often get to untap land ( ((C49316)) being the only example I know off-hand).

I also included artifacts because red in recent times has been shown to interact with artifacts in ways other than their destruction.

making it trigger on a noncreature spell would be neater and not a huge flavor dent

I wasn't even going for flavor as much I was staying in color. Planeswalkers I guess don't matter since they're rare enough that no color has a general interaction with them. Enchantments is typically WG, though I think blue has toyed with enchantments in the past and might tertiary when it comes to caring about them.
