Since dragons are iconic and in nearly every set I figured I'd include one. I had rare {u} {r} slots open so I figured I'd make a dragon there to spice things up from typical monocolor dragons. I didn't want to make something with an Izzet feel, so I was ended up taking inspiration from Morphling. The third ability is probably a violation of the color pie, but I really wanted symmetry off of the fire breathing.
