Um. In what sense is this fixed? It's still just as pie-breaking as it was before; and now it even burns the opponent for a chunk of damage too?

Get rid of the damage and I think it's okay. Non-enchantment would be better though. It's not as pie-breaking, since you're not just getting rid of stuff; you're randomizing it without changing its type.

I forgot I had the damage effect on there. That was probably why I originally costed it at 6.
