Cute, though I think a little overcosted - U would be ok. Gives no card advantage, doesn't do anything when you don't have a creature, and in the off chance that you like the top card of your library all other cards are wasted.

Could be a {1} {u} with a cantrip at the end, I think.

I had already turned it into a 1U spell. I have too many cantrips, though, but this still works well as a cheap spell for Tezzi (or even the RImid self-mill deck).
