First of a couple of cards experimenting with not-always-good level-up.

This one gets rarer, and changes ability to one that is different, not always better.

Heh. I'm amused by the gargoyle reference.

But [congratulations / drat you], you're the first person (that I've seen) to put a Level Up card on Multiverse. Now I'm going to have to consider making a Level Up card frame... I probably won't while they're only in silver-bordered cardsets. And I'll probably do Split and Flip cards first. But still, darn.

That cycle of three cards, proving that rarity was worth about 3/4 of a mana always annoyed me.
