changed 2nd choice from "deals X damage to target player" to make it better in multiplayer
Just the first mode would be more efficient than Rolling Thunder has been printed before.
Yeah I looked at all the rare X burn spells that have been printed when making this card. The choice of creatures OR players was made for tension.
Okay, I guess Rolling Thunder in Plague Wind mode could still send a couple of points to the dome. I still think currently this is way better than Rolling Thunder which is a 4.2 star card, so I'd say this would be plenty good enough at
