Yeah, Khepri OP.

Hmmm.. I'd just have:
{w}{u}{r}{b}{g}: Take control of target creature.

Her apothesis isn't of awesome power immediately - it's an exponential increase as she grabs powers that let her power up further, expand her range etc.

I get that; this version is more about her power within her sphere of influence. It's quite hard to show that though mechanically. Perhaps something like:

Cumulative upkeep: Put an influence counter on target creature.
You control creatures with influence counters on them.

Or maybe:

Creatures you control have "{t}: put an influence counter on target creature."

You control creatures with influence counters on them.

Wel,l that second one is just a complicated way of saying "While ~ is in play, you control all creatures"

Which.. yeah, ok, that works too as an 8-mana mythic finisher.

Not quite; unless they all have haste :) She ramps up the number of creatures she controls exponentially each turn.

Well, she would - except in most circumstances she can ramp up to "Ok, my turn? Cast Khepri, tap all my creatures, I control all creatures" right away. (You might not want to take that risk of course) It has to be an oddly unbalanced situation where you wouldn't be able to yoink everything.

The control combat each turn is white/red effect (Master Warcraft)

I don't know if I see Taylor, even in her final form, as black. I see her as blue, pretty much all the way through, though I think she has some red moments. If she added another color at the end it might be white.

The insect theme is quite plainly green black.

And at the end she is the epitome of "Ends justify any means at all." Which is black. On the flip side; she doesn't really expect to survive - which is much more red.

And of course; she is a planner - which makes her blue. And she does believe in unity and law and stuff - she wants to be a good guy! So white :)

I suppose you're right about the "ends justify the means" bit. I was thinking of it in the white sense of doing everything for the greater "good," regardless of what you have to do to get to that point.

In a way though she's behaving in a way the opposite of how black would behave. Yes, she's doing whatever she can to succeed, regardless of the outcome for herself. But look at why she's doing that: she's sacrificing herself (and the free will of others) not for personal gain, but for the benefit of everyone. That's white, isn't it?

Her mind control powers are clearly blue in Magic. The way she seeks victory by "perfecting" herself through a manipulation of Panacea is blue as well. The insect theme may look green on the surface, but the way she uses that power is utterly blue. She's extremely analytical. There's no regard for the natural order in her actions other than what is logically necessary.

I do see aspects of white in her. She certainly desires to be white, and I think idealistically she would like to be white. She can also act in a red manner at times, but I don't think that makes her red. I think any character can be motivated by emotion.

Personally I just made Khepri a Planeswalker.
