Would probably be more simply worded as
> When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, draw three cards at the beginning of the end step.
But for 8 mana you might as well have the simpler version
> When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, draw three cards.
Compare Regal Force or Prime Speaker Zegana. Or for that matter Consecrated Sphinx.
