Not happy with this. The condition can never be met if casting it as a sorcery, so you'd basically only ever prepare this.
Perhaps the thing to do is make this an expensive instant, like Abuna's Chant or Recuperate, that's cheaper if you prepare it.
Hmm, question. If I have instants with prepare, should I leave out the "as though it had flash" from their reminder text? On the one hand, it's irrelevant and potentially confusing on instants; on the other hand, the inconsistent reminder text might be confusing. If people encounter prepare on instants first and learn what it means there, they might be surprised when someone casts a sorcery-speed prepared card using the flash clause.

that just looked horrible, so costs down to W / W again
