Inspired by the Homelands Restored set, I'm diggin' through the cards rated less than 1 on Gatherer and seeing if I can pull them up a bit. This started as Horizon Seed (wut?), but widening its scope outside of Kamigawa mechanics opens up a number of neat tricks... or at least more than were available previously!
