Hm. A Curse of Chains with flash. The big question is why? What does flash add to this, given that it only matters whether it's there during the opponent's upkeep, which is just after your second main phase?
If the set has something like heroic where creatures care about being the target of spells, or care about you casting Aura spells or something, then that makes sense. But otherwise flash appears to be out of place here.
