terminology update: type Knightmare -> Equipment

This is a decent pump but I feel it's just too expensive when you add the mana cost and equip cost. There are a few ways to bypass equip costs in the set, although not many in black.

On the other hand, I was worried over on Glasgow RPI-11 about this being too good (too hard to remove). So being fairly pricey might make it worthwhile.

I could take it down to 3/3. I was thinking it wants to be fairly defensive, for the (Blue-black archetype), so maybe 2/4.

Reducing several Equipment's costs. Equip 3 -> 2, cost 3B -> 2B, pump +3/+4 -> +2/+4
