Creating this as an experiment, to see how wordy it is. Turns out it's pretty wordy. (Cf Errant Ephemeron, Search for Tomorrow etc.)

If anyone can think of a way to simplify this while keeping the aim mentioned on the cardset comments of being able to set up plans/tricks that will allow you make combat go your way, suggestions would be gratefully received!

Well, simplest is the way Impending Return does it. (Except give it flash)

Interesting 'must' though, that would really get annoying. Is it missing "Only as a sorcery" or are you supposed to cast this in end? Since that seems to sidestep the planning part completely.

The reminder text already says "Set in Motion only during your precombat main phase" - but I could move that clause around to be more obvious.

You don't have to cast the planned card, but if you don't use it either on your turn-after-you-plan or the opponent's turn after that, then it's gone, forever exiled face-down with no way to get it back.

Having flash versions of Seal of Removal doesn't give the feeling I want. That's not "I predicted you'd use that effect this turn, and already set something in motion to deal with it"; that's "I had some mana available so I threw up an extra defensive barrier just in case".
