Jack's right, "Recklessness" really wants to be "attacks each turn if able". And that mechanic actually sounds like it'd play pretty well in the set. This is thus a fair candidate for one of the red common Geass slots... though Geass to Betray is a dead cert for one of the slots, and there might be only two per colour at common.
