­Frost Breath as a Geass, for the blue common "negative" Geass slot. Has to be single-target for the Geass reminder text to work. I could come up with multi-target rules/reminder text if I needed to, but since this is a common I think it makes more sense to tone it down to one target (which also lets me make it cheaper).
