I'm pretty sure the ASEEC are blue. The set will be somewhat short of blue cards anyway so I'm claiming them for blue.
There's still something of a problem in that the ASEEC is tiny. It's basically Lloyd and Cécile. Plus Suzaku, but he has to be white. I can get a lot of mileage from the ASEEC providing flavour for blue noncreature cards, of course - especially things like Fabricate effects for making or upgrading mecha. If I come up with an ASEEC keyword mechanic then it could go on both blue and white cards, most likely.
But there's still the problem that as far as creatures go, I have basically two characters. Blue can be fairly low on creatures, but not that low! So I'll have to find another source of blue creatures.
Hm, Code Geass Wiki appears to call this organisation "Camelot". The DVDs I have call it the "A.S.E.E.C." or "Advanced Special Envoy Engineering Corps", so are they the same? Hmm... no, http://codegeass.wikia.com/wiki/Lloyd_Asplund mentions both things, but isn't at all clear on the division between them.
Oh well, "Camelot" is a lot catchier than "A.S.E.E.C." so I guess I'll use that name :)
