There shouldn't be much trouble finding things for red to do. There's lots of acting on emotion; lots of rebellion, betrayal, terrorism, coercion. I think the unaffiliated rebel groups will be red; possibly even the Black Knights actually need to be red (slightly unfortunately).

The Black Knights Faction definitely fit in red. The problem I'm currently finding is that there aren't any other red creatures. It looks kinda silly if every red creature in a set is "Creature - Human Rebel".
