I think it'd be far too good with a "may". With "may" it'd be auto-include in every control deck that can handle the colourless. As it is it's interestingly risky.
agreed, but just from a rules adherence perspective this card will be difficult to police unless it's a may. very easy effect to forget about.
You're probably right, but I kind of like the riskiness. Also adding a may makes it much better and I am usually nervous about putting card draw on lands.
