So it's a... Seal of Force Spike costing 3 more mana. That if you invest {6} becomes a Seal of Mana Leak. And leaves behind a bunch of Stone tokens useful for nothing except endlessly replicating in the hope you draw something to do with them.

There will be a cycle...

I'm thinking either bounce, draw or counter.
