Um? Seriously? Triple Vindicate for 4 mana, with flashback as well? And at uncommon?
If this just said "Destroy two target nonland permanents", with no flashback, that would still be immensely playable, in likely every , or deck. It'd also be certain to be rare.
Compare Ashen Rider, which gets two permanents plus a 5/5 body, which is comparable to 3 permanents; costs 8 mana; is mythic; and has a community rating of 4 stars.
Besides be super powerful, I don't think gets this effect.
Weell... Desert Twister, Saltblast... okay, old and Planar Chaos respectively... Council's Judgment, Exclusion Ritual?
Hmm. Ok good to know. Messing with the numbers.
Both shots at this are still significantly cheaper than Violent Ultimatum, without even considering that you get to do it twice. It can't hit lands, but at this point do you really need to?
Mmm, it's costly; but "Blow up my opponents combo, and cripple whatever they were trying to do" with "Oh, and do it again next turn, in case I had to double-tap them due to hexpoofing equipment or something" -
This isn't game winning on its own; but it's mighty strong. So cost 6. And this is 5 with tri-colour. It'll be format warping, but seems fair.
Ok I'm tweaking it a little more. I'll be upping the flashback cost and also changing it so that it can't hit Planeswalkers.
