­Mind Control that can't be disenchanted, and that you've also given flashback? And stapled a couple of Cloudshifts onto for fun? I'm not going to call it broken because it's a 6-mana spell that requires the opponent to have something, but it certainly seems extremely powerful, and I'd be surprised to see someone lose a game after casting this in Limited.

increased the CMC of the flashback cost, so it doesn't just make it completely dominant.

That's the point, it's a risky bomb that can hit or miss in this format. Especially because this format revolves horizontally and with +1/+1 counters. However, at instant and given the fact that it takes non-land permanents, it's more reliable.

You do need your own target though. Plays around Radiate
