i think you might want to tone down the number and/or complexity or those abilities, or maybe shorten the flavor text.
As a "mono-red" creature, this should not have access to deathtouch.
I agree with kixleart. There's a bit too much text here. You'll probably have to cut the flavor text.
He's a zombie who's literally made of gold, and he turns other people into gold. That's why he had deathtouch. But he can also just be an indestructible guy
4/4 indestructible for 4 mana. That's quite a bump on what's been available for any colour, apart from the Theros-block gods which require hefty devotion. The comparisons I can find are Manor Gargoyle, Darksteel Sentinel, Sapling of Colfenor, Thornling, and Sliver Hivelord - and this looks rather more efficient than any of them.
I guess this might be comparable to Angelic Overseer. "Control a Human" is more of a hoop than this makes you jump through, but it has flying and hexproof.
You can also compare this to Tajic, Blade of the Legion, who was in one of the more primary colors of indestructibility and yet was only 2/2 most of the time.
This guy's ability to steal artifacts seems blue to me, but I suppose it's not a huge color pie break.
