Hmm. As with most Shabti of yours, I saw the cost and the P/T and went "eww". But... he taps to make anything of yours permanently indestructible and hexproof... and taps twice to yoink a creature permanently (and give it indestructible and hexproof)... Yeah, I think that's playable. Nice one.

Edit: Oh, the second ability costs {7} rather than {t} . (Text was too small due to flavour text that's far too long. Cut the first sentence of the flavour text.) Doesn't make much difference to my assessment: the card's still fairly exciting and playable.
