Hm, I was going to say that the -4 looks a bit slow/expensive, but it's pretty comparable to the original Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded's -4. Sudden Impact and Blightning are fairly similar in cost. Maybe this being a 2-mana walker is enough to mean a middle ability casting a utility spell 2 turns down the line is justified.

A very harsh +1 though. Still, it's a set-up for making the ultimate 'win the game'. Sneaky evil.
