Much better than Agent of Horizons, which is already a pretty reasonable card. It's a bit odd for Mosquitoes to not have flying too.

This is also better than both Latch Seeker and Phantom Warrior, in terms of P/T, rarity, and ease of casting.

I must now point out how many people hate Invisible Stalker and mention that fitting doesn't really appear in green, especially at common.

'Can't be blocked except by creatures with Flying and/or Reach' seems like it could be blue, however. I got to agree with Link that Invisible Stalker at common could really ravage a draft environment. Not a big deal if there's no creature boost... but that's a very rare draft environment.
