If the back side is a black effect that can be cast for black mana, I think it should probably have a monoblack frame and colour indicator.

As I read it fracture has no timing limitation. Is that normal that Unexpected Night mare might be cast during the opponents turn?

hmmm, so maybe I should bump up the cost.

I don't really know. I got the template from Garruk, the Veil-Cursed

I would consider just making fracture something like "You may cast this spell for its fracture cost. If you do, cast the spell on the back of the card instead, then exile it as it resolves." This way, as long as the two cards have the same timing limitations, you're safe.

I'm assuming you mean this to be a flashback type of effect that exiles permanently. Currently you're exiling the card, then casting it from exile and putting it back in the graveyard, which seems to defeat the point.
