This seems rather powerful. Reference Jayemdae Tome for how powerful colorless card drawing normally is.

Whoa. It's wonderful mana fixing too! Guaranteed bringers!

do I need to specify non-land? I thought not having a casting cast at all meant that they can't be searched for by casting cost. And yes I'll tweak the second ability

Lands have no mana cost, but that means their converted mana cost is zero, so yes, this need to say "nonland" if that's what you intended.

Ok good to know. I guess the question now is... Is it too strong for an uncommon if it lets you get land?

Well, it makes the first option actually useful.

3/5 instead of 4/4 is still pretty good cost for card drawing; but plausible. And it's pretty simple to grasp what the card does. Whether it should be uncommon or rare kinda depends on factors other than power.

It's a whole lot better than Journeyer's Kite as it is.

Well, wait. Not a whole lot. I missed that it puts it on top of your library. That makes it a lot worse than I thought.

So it's good as is?
